The 3 Questions I’ve Heard Since March 2023

Since I started started the AI Mastermind, on my way to getting 10,000 hours into Gen AI, the same three questions keep showing up. Different people. Different businesses. Same doorway. These are the answers I keep coming back to.

Can you AI my business?

No. AI is not a verb. You cannot just “AI” a business and hope it works. First, you need clarity. What do you do? Who do you help? What makes your voice different? Then comes the real move: encode yourself. Encode how you think. Encode how you speak. Encode what you believe. When everyone gets access to the same tools, the advantage goes to the people who know how to encode their own voice and direct the machine with signal instead of noise.

Clarity first. Then encode yourself.

What’s the best AI?

The best AI is the one you feel good using. The best tool is not the one making the most noise. It is the one that fits your workflow, makes sense to you, and helps you get real work done. More tools do not always mean more power. More complexity does not always mean better results. The deeper advantage often comes from knowing what matters, cutting what does not, and working with what is clear. Simplicity.

The best tool is the one you actually use.

What happens to human intelligence when everyone uses AI?

That depends on how people use it. If people use AI to stop thinking, they get weaker. If they use AI to extend their thinking, they get stronger. AI is the modern-day printing press. It gives more people the power to create, publish, shape ideas, and move faster with words. But when everyone gets a personal printing press, sameness can scale too. The real advantage goes to the people who bring judgment, pattern recognition, skill, and voice into the process. AI plus your intelligence does not erase what makes you human. Used well, it amplifies it.

AI should extend intelligence, not replace it.

The Territory Is Where Builders Find Their Room.

The Digital Cowboy Territory is the home base for people building with AI. Inside it, AIPosse is the builder’s room — a Skool-style community with channels for resources, replays, events, conversations, and rooms for people turning ideas into real systems.

It is built for AI builders, consultants, niche app makers, vibe coders, operators, guides, and small business problem-solvers who want sharper rooms, better questions, and people moving in the same direction.

A room for the work in front of you

AI moves fast.
Your next decision deserves a useful room.

The AI Mastermind brings people together to examine what is changing—and what those changes mean for the work in front of us.

Bring the client challenge, product decision, unfinished experiment, unexpected result, or question you haven’t found a useful answer to yet. Your experience might be the missing piece for someone else.

What happens in the room?

A founder brings a prototype. A consultant brings an implementation problem. A writer questions AI’s effect on creative judgment. A security professional spots a risk the rest of us missed.

We put those perspectives together through questions, practical examples, thoughtful disagreement, and introductions grounded in what people actually know and do.

Who belongs here?

People building, applying, advising on, or seriously exploring AI in their work: founders, business owners, consultants, developers, marketers, writers, educators, researchers, and specialists.

You do not need to write code to contribute. Domain knowledge, lived experience, and a well-formed question belong here.

What we explore

Bring a specific problem.
Leave with a wider perspective.

  • Building useful AI: prototypes, products, agents, automations, and implementation.
  • Making the economics work: model costs, pricing, business models, and measurable value.
  • Protecting trust: privacy, security, governance, and responsible access.
  • Helping people adopt change: workflows, positioning, client expectations, and team decisions.
  • Keeping human judgment involved: creativity, attention, learning, and the choices we remain responsible for.

The conversation follows the questions and developments that matter to the people present.

How to participate

Be present.
Make your voice heard.

Bring a question, an example, or useful experience. Keep your camera on and be ready to use your microphone.

Give others room to speak. Challenge ideas with care. Share enough context to make your contribution useful.

No pitching. No posturing. Be present.
